Virginia , 74, of Atlantic City, N.J., died Tuesday, July 22, 1997, at the home of her daughter in Galloway Township, N.J. Virginia died from lung cancer. Virginia was born in Harrison City and was an Atlantic City resident for more than 49 years. She was a bookkeeper at several area businesses. She was a member of St. Andrew's Church in Atlantic City.

Virginia married William A. Gorey.
