Mr. Cooper worked for Reynolds Metals, Phoenix, Arizona from1953-1983. He and his wife moved to Show Low in April 1997. A U.S. Army veteran of World War II, he worked on his parent's farm in Rochester. He enjoyed fishing, gardening and basketball and was captain of his high school basketball team.
Raymond married Living Dewitt.
